A Profile on Alumni Margaret Easley
by Alex Das
Margaret Easley ‘91
Margaret Easley graduated SBCC in 1991, after earning her AA. In love with the locale, she went on to attend the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. Easley is currently employed as a TV Writer and Executive Producer for Warner Brothers, where she has worked extensively on the TV Series “Manifest.” Outside the Writer’s Room, Easley enjoys renovating old homes and spending time with her family. We sat down with her and asked a couple questions about her time at SBCC.
"SBCC Theatre was everything to me. It gave me a safe space to try, to fail, to get up and try again. It also gave me the opportunity to play vastly different roles and truly dive into characters."
"Risk! Take big chances and make bold choices. And really enjoy this time and location. There is no more beautiful place on earth."
