Alex Das

 

Alex is a former SBCC Theatre student working in the Scene Shop since 2015, and as the Scene Shop Foreman since 2019. He has worked in the past as a Scenic Carpenter with Ensemble Theatre Company of Santa Barbara, and continues to work as a stagehand & rigger with IATSE Local 442, serving the productions at the Arlington, Lobero, and Granada Theatres, as well as the Santa Barbara Bowl since 2016. Alex's personal interests include antique tool restoration, medieval armored tournament combat, and German, Italian and Iberian swordsmanship.
