If you have completed coursework at other institutions, contact all the schools you have attended and request to have your official transcripts sent to SBCC.
SBCC has partnered with Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE as our trusted agent for processing incoming OFFICIAL electronic academic transcripts. SBCC does accept paper transcripts delivered via First Class U.S. Postal Mail; however, the preferred method of receipt is via electronic file delivery. Check with your sending university or institution to verify that they are able to send electronic transcripts to other institutions.
Transcripts submitted to SBCC become the property of Santa Barbara City College and will not be released to students, other colleges, or agencies. Plan to request a personal copy from your former college or university if you need one for your own records.
Many colleges, universities, and other agencies are members of Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE’s secure network and send electronic transcripts.
