What We Do
The IT Helpdesk is the main point of contact for the Information Technology Division, for use by Staff and Faculty. The Helpdesk supports both SBCC Staff and Faculty with computer problems or questions Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. You can contact the helpdesk at x2215 or e-mail general questions to helpdesk@sbcc.edu.
If you are a Student in need of technical support, please contact Student Support at http://www.sbcc.edu/support/
To request a Workorder (Staff and Faculty only), go to the Workorder System and submit a work order. A Workorder will be assigned to one of the IT staff for prompt resolution.
