We have chosen San Joaquín, Heredia, and Flamingo Beach, Costa Rica, as the locations of our summer 2010 program. Costa Rica is one of the most biologically diverse and naturally beautiful countries in the world.  It is a stable country with a long tradition of democracy.  Participants will spend three weeks in San Joaquín, Heredia, north of San Jose, and one week at Flamingo Beach, combining the study of Spanish language with an exploration of Latin American biodiversity, life and culture.
