Admissions
Our open admission policy admits anyone who is over 18 years of age or who has earned a high school diploma or equivalent. Admission is also open to high school students who wish to attend SBCC concurrently as a part-time student.
Whether your student's goal is to begin a bachelor's degree and transfer and/or gain a career technical education, Santa Barbara City College offers over 155 academic and certificate programs.
How & When to Apply
Applications are accepted throughout the year and students may apply online, in person, or by mail. Applications online are processed very quickly. Apply now!
