“For everyone, well-being is a journey…
The secret is committing to that journey
And taking those first steps with hope and belief in yourself”
- Deepak Chopra
What is Wellness for SBCC Students:
The path to wellness is not a one-size-fits-all. The journey is unique and different for each individual student. At SBCC we focus on the Eight Elements of Health and Wellness.
The common thread for everyone is that wellness requires a holistic approach.
What Does The Well Mean?
Each side of the diamond within the brand icon represents the Four Founding Principles of The Well.
The Well is a Space Which is…
The environment which we come together in The Well promotes healing and interpersonal growth.
We want this space to bring both students and staff together in an intimate, interactive, and non-confrontational manner.
We want to de-stigmatize and remove the barriers to gaining access to mental health and wellness services for ALL students.
The Well is a beacon of inclusion and a welcoming entry point for healing and wellness!
Available at The Well:
There are range of incentives for coming into The Well that will enrich your mind, body, and spirit! Come check out what The Well is offering. We can’t wait to see you!
